The design of the platform is based on a clean paper that allows for optimum positioning of the battery pack and a lower center-of-gravity. This leads to better range/payload ratios.

The EV Star REEFERX was developed for mid-to-last mile refrigerated deliveries and catering applications. The refrigerated trucks of class 4 with a single wall structure inside and electric wheel scooter higher insulation than traditional trucks, allow for seamless sanitation and better temperature control. We were capable of testing the EV9 on a local highway for several hours, and found it easy to drive and comfortable to drive over long distances. GreenPower will increase production to meet the needs of the Biden Administration who is planning to electrify all school buses in America. Their EV Star buses are the first of their kind to be Altoona tested and FMVSS certified. They are Buy America compliant, and ADA compliant.
